2. What we collect
Data you give us (name, email, phone, billing and order details, correspondence) and data gathered automatically (IP address, device data, pages viewed, timestamps).
3. Why we process it
To deliver services, perform distance contracts, take payments, handle enquiries and complaints, meet legal duties and, with consent, send marketing. Grounds: consent, contract, legitimate interests.

5. Sharing and retention
