These terms govern your use of ledgeriafinance.com and personal training services. By using our site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

We offer personal training and related services. Details and pricing are on the website.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise. We accept payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@ledgeriafinance.com within 14 days of booking.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of withdrawal to the original payment method. If services were partially provided, we may deduct a proportionate amount.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to info@ledgeriafinance.com. We will respond within 30 days as per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

7. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal data per Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. The data controller is LLC "ledgeriafinance.com". We use cookies only with your consent. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising

All advertising is truthful and substantiated per Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996. Health-related claims are made with care.
